Genesis
As a new (1 yr in) couple and soon to be parents, we wanted to start a blog to open up the awareness for other couples or soon to be parents of our experiences, and emotions we've encountered so far in our journey.
Being apart of the working class, our priorities have always been work comes first, for the obvious reasons, in order to get the bills paid, and everything else comes second. Unlike most couples we moved mountains pretty quickly on in our relationship, moving in together after 3 months of dating, and now one year into our commitment, finding out we're expecting.
Dont get me wrong the conversation has definitely been brought to the surface, of creating a legacy with a family. Yet when you actually see the postive HPT, its a different ball game.
We can only hope that someone will be able to relate and find understanding in their relationship, or journey to being a parent through our experiences.
